Spinach salad with chicken and some yummy veggies on top... yuuummmy. I think by the time we add all the stuff we do, it's probably not very healthy anymore.. lol :-)

Haha, that's very true, although I don't know about you, but it just makes me FEEL like I'm eating healthy when I eat salads

I'm thinking a beef roast, and some veggies?

Price and I are going to be home together which is rare....

I chopped up veggies, potatoes, and got a roast, threw it all together in the crock pot. Glad it's something easy, I hate cooking!

well, since we're stuck in a hotel, i can't cook.... so, probably either something from Bob Evan's, the Cracker Barrel, or this little diner called the Park n Eat.

We might venture further into Cleveland and find a local restaurant to try... or one that we don't have down home such as Chipotle or Red Robin....YUMMMMMMMMM teehee.

I made a huge lunch for 8 people (Meatloaf, roasted red potatoes w/ garlic, basil, onion flakes, and parm. cheese) and a big salad....so sam made chicken salad for sandwiches for supper and 3-2-1 dip (3 bags of cheese, 2 cups of mayo, 1 packet of ranch seasoning...YUM!) and then I also had a grapefruit

totally hit the spot

My husband got our new grill put together so we had to try it out even though it is cold outside. We had t-bone steak, sliced yukon gold potatoes and garlic on the grill, mushrooms and onions and carrots and peas.
Definitely not the healthiest but very delicious supper.
