So I get really bad headaches and migraines. A woman I work with said her daughter has started taking a "vitamin" called MigreLief and its made a huge difference. I started googling it the other day and came across the website for the company that makes it and found that they have something called MigreLief+M.

this is what the site says:

"Migraines
PMS symptoms
    • Breast pain
    • Cravings
    • Bloating
    • Depression
    • Irritability
    • Difficulty concentrating
  • Weight Gain
  • Acne
  • Irregular menstrual cycles
  • Infertility
MigreLief+M contains four additional ingredients that have been shown to help with these hormonally related issues.
Until MigreLief+M, no one medicine was available to manage both hormonal and blood sugar fluctuation and provide relief for all of the feminine issues mentioned above.
If you suffer from one or more of the troublesome feminine health issues listed above, MigreLief+M is the answer.*
To learn more about how these ingredients work and the benefit for migraine sufferers, as well as PMS and PCOS sufferers, please click the product information tab."

If anyone wants to check out the site and do some more research here is a link. MigreLief MigreLief+M Menstrual Migraine Relief | MIGRELIEF Migraine Relief - Natural Migraine Headache Prevention I'm thinking I might try it out (**but again I'm actively preventing right now so I didnt look up to see what it says about TTC while taking it**)

I showed it to Chris and he wants me to look into it more so that when the time comes for me to go off the BCP's I can hopefully start taking it. For now I'll be sticking with the regular MigreLief as the +M part doesnt appear to be ok for those on BCPs.

I would love to hear any stories from anyone that tries this!
