I just have to comment...AF came a few days ago..and this the first painless AF I think I have ever have...its so weird...and nice..it almost makes me wonder..is it good or bad? Lol...not complaining!

Maybe a good thing!! Are you taking any medications? I have read that some medications can make for a painless AF. Either way, a relief!

I'm sure it's not good or bad.. I am sure it's just the way it was this cycle. I have easy ones sometimes and baaaaad ones sometimes.. I think your cycles just change a bit. Probably depending on lining, etc. Just enjoy!

Mine change.. but I was told the B Complex vitamin I was taking eliminates some cramping.. and man did I figure that out.. I had the worst AF this past week...

Hey maybe it is the vitamin B! I have never taken it during a cycle..and I am taking it now...wow...if thats true..powerful stuff!

FYI, jsim is me.. somehow my old SN popped up... I wish I could figure out how to get it back! lol... Yea.. I'm learning that it's powerful stuff... I will defn be back on it after having experienced such pain this past week!

mine are usually painless...which is irritating when i go to the bathroom and find out it's arrived. Especially irrating when i go to the bathroom without a tampon and end up needing one.

hope the vitamin b is working!
