Did you know.... "One should buy the plain kind with no letters after it. The only active ingredient is guaifenesin. It is very important to avoid the versions that contain decongestants as those may dry up cervical mucus. Also, there is some conflicting information about whether dextromethorphan, the DM in some cough medicine names, may be linked to birth defects such as neural tube defects and cleft palate."

I have been looking into taking Robitussin to help with my CM. I started doing some research and found this. I don't know if any of you take this monthly but I thought I would share just incase some out there may not know. I happen to have Mucinex in my medicine cabinet already so I think I'm going to be starting that soon Hard to decide when to start when O is never the same time with these whacky cycles

That is very good info, I had read that before but some of the others may not have.

I actually take the pill form of the (pure G-kind) Mucinex medicine.
You never know, it may do the trick!

I got the 12-hr extended release tablets. I started taking them daily at like 3-4 days past af stopping. Especially if I was unsure of when O may happen.

Also, have you researched anything about EPO, it's supposed to help with improving the quality of fertile CM.....
