Hi Ladies- this is my week of ovulation while on Clomid. I'm experiencing some pretty tough cramping. Is this normal for being on this medicine? Could this be a sign that it worked and my uterus is making room? Any info, experience etc would be helpful... THANKS!

It's very typical to have O cramps, concentrated on one side or the other around your ovary area. I think it's also pretty common to have overall abdominal cramping from O time to BFP or AF.

Clomid also can make normal ovulation pains significantly worse since a follie may be more developed than usual. The worst O pain I've ever had was on Clomid. Hope you feel better.

I get horrible o pains on clomid. I can literally put my o down to the hour with these o pains. They get significantly less sharp once you have actually o'd though. Hoping it means a strong o though! GL this month!

Everything should be fine. If the pain becomes too severe then you should call your doctor just in case of hyperstimulation, but if it was that severe I would imagine you'd be in the ER and not on JM. Really strong O pain is one of the fun things about Clomid.
