I was wondering, how does Soy affect you? Does O come earlier then usual? Or still around the same time? Do you feel O more then you do when you don't take soy? This is my second cycle on Soy and I was hoping it would make me O earlier as I have read on other sites that that is exactly what it did for many women. But last cycle I did not O earlier and this cycle so far I have not either. Just curious how others bodies react to Soy

I am on my 3rd cycle of soy. I was O'ing around cd 39-45, I took the soy in hopes of making O sooner. So the first 2 cycles I took 120mg days 3-7. The first cycle I O'ed on cd 22, the second on cd 26.

I am now on my 3rd, I took 200mg days 1-5, just in hope I would see a difference. I am on cd (18?) and no signs yet of O. which is annoying because DH has been initiating DTD and is kinda frisky - I am sure as soon as I O- that will be over.

So it did help me O earlier when I took it the first few times, but my body was trying to O around that time anyway, it just needed a jump start. I am hoping I'll O soon, but we shall see.
