What is on the agenda for you girls for this weekend?

I have 2 cakes to do this weekend. One I will be working on Friday night for a baby shower Saturday and then the other I will work on Saturday for a birthday party Sunday. Both simple quarter sheet cakes, but since I take my time when decorating and do a little here and a little there it will probably consume a handful of my time lol.

Also we may go to some haunted houses. I'm not really into them because I am a HUGE scardy cat but a group of friends have been talking about it and I'd hate to miss out.

and haunted houses sound like so much fun!!!! i love being scared... its weird. i am probably going to see Paranormal Activity 3 this weekend, but dh says i shouldn't.. he's scared i'll go into pre-term labor loll... it takes a lot to irk me but those movies actually give me the creeps!

I HATE those commercials! I have to mute the tv or change the channel every time they come on lol Big baby right here... I do like scary movies though, just not the ones like that. Feels too real to me.

Tomorrow night we have a standing date with our BFFs. Dinner at the park tomorrow and I always cook, but there is a SERIOUS burn ban here and you can't even use propane grills in the park. It's kind of stressful to get dinner made and transported still hot...

Saturday I am taking Elizabeth to the pumpkin patch with my mom in the morning. Then mom is taking her overnight and I am having my best friend over for a sewing night sans kids since we are both bogged down with projects. We will be up alllll night.

Sunday I have to pick up Elizabeth and then work a shift for a consignment sale (gets me early shopper passes.)

Really I have TOO MUCH to do and it won't slow down for another week. OMG!

Nothing at all. I might reread more of the Mistborn Trilogy, but DH will be gone with our only vehicle most of the weekend so we'll be stuck at home.

tonight we are going to carve our fake pumpkins, and I am going to make caramel sauce for a friend in exchange for homemade jelly!

tomorrow the only thing I am going to do it try to replicate a Mrs Prindables caramel apple.

sunday, we are leaving at 4:30 to make it up to PA by 8am, DH is dropping me and the kiddos off at my best friend's place, then he is going to a shoot. after that he is picking us up and we are going to the farm where we used to live for a hayride.

I'm finally starting to feel better so I have a ton of orders I need to catch up on for my shop, so that will probably be what I spend most of the weekend doing.

I also have 2 apple pies I need to bake using the apples from the apple orchard/pumpkin patch we took the boys to this week - yum! I've been holding off until I got more of my smell and taste back - hopefully they'll be 100% tomorrow

Tomorrow (Saturday) Price is working, so I'm going to Church with my Dad then we are going to a few different places to do some shopping! Looking at furnature, returning some things of Mom's that was brand new with tags, then doing some pleasure shopping for us! Yay!

Sunday, really is open and I hope it stays that way! Price is scheduled to work then too, so I will probably stay around the house, rest up, and get ready to go back to work on Monday. I'm very very sure I'll be very far behind at all three bldgs I cover, but I'm ready to get back into a regular routine. Oh and I may do some grocery shopping. lol

I went to some rummage sales this morning - didn't buy anything, but fun to look. When I have a kid, I am buying all my stuff at these sales because there is a ton of nice kids stuff at great prices.

Tomorrow a friend is coming over for pumpkin carving.

Ami - you made me want to bake an apple pie and make caramels today!

Well both cakes are done... and I even started baking some cakes for a 2 tier I will be doing for our Halloween party this coming weekend

I am currently working on my belly cast, should be done sanding it tomorrow and getting it ready for painting! eek! i am so excited... i'll post pics as soon as its complete for anyone interested...

I went to some Yard Sales with DH this morning and just spent time together. Tonight he's working and I'm going to a 3-part haunted house tonight. Check it out DH is leaving at 2 a.m. to go four hours away for his continuing education class tomorrow so I'll be alllllllllllll alone.
