Very neat! I'd love to do this when I become pregnant! This might sound silly, but what do you do with it? Use it as a decorative piece in the babies room? Or just a really cool keepsake?

you can do anything you like with it! possibilities are endless. i plan on hanging it up in our bedroom once Liv is born and the info of her birth is filled in. I saw a lady on Facebook, had one made for each child she had (3). and there was a picture of each child holding their belly cast from their pregnancy! it's super awesome to look back on. I know some people use it as a decorative bowl. either way, it was a fun project and a lifelong keepsake! it'll be fun to show the kiddos what we looked like carrying them! hehe

Love it!! It turned out really great!!

I made one with my last pregnancy and it was a lot of fun I never did get around to painting it though and its sitting in the basement lol. I may or may not have tried it on since P was born and though wow, was I really that big? lol. Its neat to look back on but more than anything DH and I had a lot of fun doing it and made a little date night (too messy to do with a then 2yo running around).
