i highly recommend going here: http://www.justmommies.com/forums/f68-siggies-r-us/

tell them what you want in the body of the post, include any pics you might desire and wording and type in "FFA" (free for all) if you don't have a preference as to who will make you one, or you can request a siggy from a specific siggy maker.. i love the lady who makes my siggy's... but anyone is wonderful... hope that helps!
