I should start by stating that I am so paranoid right now and really need some opinions/support.

I was on Letrozole, days 3-7. I had a 19mm follicle at CD17 and was given the Pregnyl HCG trigger shot on CD18 at 4:00pm. We BD on CD 13, CD 15, CD 17 and CD 19.

I have no idea when I actually ovulated. My RE said I should ovulate anywhere between 24-48 hours. I'm guessing it was CD 20, because I had a lot of stomach pain and it was tender anytime I sat down or bent over - which would be in the 48 hour window.

My question is: do you think I BD enough around the time of Ovulation?? My RE said to BD CD 18 & 19 but we couldn’t on CD 18 because my hubby was too exhausted from work. :-( We tried but it just didn’t happen. Any comments/support would be greatly appreciated.

Also – I have a 16 month old son. We conceived him on the same meds but I O on my own on CD 16, didn’t have the trigger shot. From what I can guess, we conceived him from BD 3 days before I O.

I don't know very much about the meds or fertility help you got, but I do know that semen can live in you for up to 5 whole days! I think if your hubby has good semen you should be good. If I were you I wouldn't stress too much about it because it's already said and done. Just relax and wait and see. If the time comes and it wasn't enough you know for next time... However lets not think that way Sending much baby dust your way! Praying you get your BFP SOON

Oh and nice to meet you Hope to see you around here more often. The women are great and we all love new friends!!!

CD 19 is going to be your best bet. Thing is even with the pains you may not have actually O'd until the next day. You should've done CD 21 as well just in case.
