Ok so I know most people would tell me to ask my doctor but it's late and I thought I would see if any of you know before I make the call tomorrow. (plus I thought I seen it mentioned by one of you on the board before) Is it safe to take while TTC? Is it safe during pregnancy? (I just ask this incase it's taken before one knows they are pregnant)
I have some left over from before TTC and it has not expired so I've thought about trying it out again. But I won't do anything to jeopardize our chances of conceiving. Husband surprised me and booked a cruise for next month! OMG can you believe it? Because I sure can't... WOW I wish I had more then a month to lose weight, but unfortunately I don't.... bittersweet lol

I'm on it! Its safe to take while TTC but I would definitely closely monitor yourself in case of pregnancy. Its not anything that will really hurt a baby so early on but its something that you can't stay on during pregnancy. My OBGYN is the one that has me on it and she obviously knows I'm TTC and she is fine with it. They just say to d/c it when you get your

And I it. It has really helped me lose weight especially when you're in the early on stage and you hafta fight the hunger.

Thanks! I really hope it works because before it made me feel sick. But I've heard to cut them in half and get used to them first before taking a whole one. How were you told to take them? I was originally told one every morning. But I've had friends who take them before every meal. Maybe everyone is different? I dunno.

The MG I'm currently taking is the one that comes in a capsule so you can't split it in half but I think the bigger dose you can. So if I was you I probably would split it in half and take the other half later. It always makes me kinda jittery and I just feel off the first few days I take it but after that it works itself out pretty well
