Today when I took my temp I had to take it roughly an hour and a half early because I was scheduled a much earlier shift at work. Well I plugged my temp into FF then into TCOYF site and TCOYF site asks "Your temperature was taken signficantly earlier than normal, do you want it adjusted to what it might have been at your normal time?" well I was wondering if anyone knows how they determine this? My temp was a bit high today and when I clicked yes they made it even higher and I'm just trying to make sense of it all but because it was taken at such a different time. I'm thinking I'm going to have to just blow it off.

Actually, if I were you, I'd go with the adjusted temp. I have a website that does a temp adjustment that I use sometimes if I absolutely HAVE to.

I have done manual adjustments - I think it is .10 degree for ever 30 minutes early.

but now with the kids that get up whenever, I just leave my temp what it is when I wake up and don't adjust it anymore. I never wake up at the same time twice.
