When I plugged my temp into Ovusofy this is what it said: "Ovusoft has detected a possible triphasic temperature pattern which can be indicative of being pregnant." Ovusoft has me Oing on the 6th and FF has me Oing on the 8th. Either way I Oed. Today I have tender breasts and cramping this morning. What do you guys think?

I googled it and have some more info on it. It seems that if I Oed on the 8th it would be too early, but if I Oed on the 6th than it would be perfect timing for the thermal shift (7-10 days). hmmm

if memory serves triphasic doesn't happen till later in the cycle - I looked at your charts and it doesn't look triphasic yet even if you O'ed 2 days earlier.

Okay, I already posted on the FC board, but I'll post here as well. Your chart is not triphasic. What you should see is your first thermal shift, your temps will steady to their post-O norm, and then you'll see a second noticeable shift. All you have is a steady gradual rise. Triphasic doesn't mean you're pregnant though and they really should stop saying that it does. Spotting, cramping, dips, triphasic, etc. do not mean pregnant. They just mean those things occurred during your cycle. I think sometimes the helpful software makes things more stressful than they need to be.
