I'm not sure if this will work but I will post the link anyhow....

I'm currently on CD44 and I have yet to ovulate. But on the TCOYF website my chart says I am in an infertile phase. How does it determine this if I have yet to ovulate? Do they automatically determine my cycle as anovulatory because it has been so long? Just curious if there was an actual reasoning to this or maybe it's just how their charting standards work.

I can't see it. But TCOYF (at least the version I have) has a setting for fertile/infertile phase. You can either set it to start your fertile phase when you get CF ("Use dry day rule to determine start of fertile phase"), and then it will end the fertile phase when you dry up for over 3 days, OR it has an option "(Override a fertile calculation by the dry day rule when day counting reveals I am probably infertile.") You want the first one checked, but NOT the second one. Day counting means nothing when you have PCOS. In mine it is under "Edit ->Preferences-> Cervical Fluid, but I have the full, pay software, so I don't know where it would be on yours if you don't.

SO basically, it determines fertile phase by the presence of fertile cervical fluid and/or day counting. You want it set to CF only.
