Hey ladies!! Sorry I haven't been around the last couple days, after taking off Monday for our IUI then taking off Tuesday to be home with hubby (originally requested it off because I thought our timing was going to work to have two IUIs, but it didn't... ANYhoo...), work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday was HORRID!!

I mean like Thursday and Friday were 10-11 hrs (Thurs) and 13+ hrs (Friday). Then by the time I got home, I was exhausted and just had to get some supper and get ready for bed.... (I know, like *this* girl should eat supper and soon go to bed.... but eh, you do what you gotta do, right??).

Wednesday night, I got home late, but I did get off work in time to go to a friend's house for dinner. Let me explain, this girl and I went to high school together. Her twin sister and I were besties all the way from like K-12. At Mom's visitation service, she told Dad and I that she didn't send flowers but wanted to do something nice for us like having us over to her house and fixing dinner. SO, fast forward about a month or so, and that's what she did. She had Dad and I over to her house, she fixed a wonderful dinner for us (apple sage porkchops, roasted red potatoes, stuffing, and crescent rolls)! It was delish and and Dad and I really enjoyed just sitting around and visiting with her and her kids. Ironicly, she was a twin and she had twins also. She has a boy and a girl that are almost 5. They are hyper and at times they were interesting, but by the middle of our visit they were all over me and I had new play buddies! BTW, I build the "awesome-est" large lego house EVER!

So, that kinda sums up my week.... BUSY BUSY BUSY! I'm sorry, I'll try to do better this coming week.

Btw, for anyone who is keeping up, today I am 7dpt, 5dpo. Nothing too monumental or exciting thus far! lol
