I have been diagnosed with PCOS since I was 16. I am currently trying to concieve my first child, and I was wondering what natural methods, and over the counter methods that have been working for others. I currently do not have medical insurance, so I am trying to avoid having to go to the doctor at the moment.
Some of the ladies here have tried soy isoflavons (sp?) that you can get at Walmart. There are some other things you can try like Evening Primrose Oil, Red Raspberry Leaf, and others that you can research to try.
Good luck! And glad to have you here with us!
