I was wondering if any of my fellow cycsters could help me out. Does anyone know if 13.9 at 6 weeks is too low? My nurse didn't seem concerned at all by this number, but to me it seems low. She assured me average is 9-47 in the first trimester. But I was just wondering from all y'alls experiences if this is to close to the low side having PCOS??? Any input anyone??

That is pretty much the average and what my RE said. I get mine checked tomorrow and I wont lie - I am a little nervous. Are you on progesterone supplements/suppositories?

"Most doctors like to see a minimum level of 10 ng/ml during the first few weeks of pregnancy." So I think you are just fine and congrats!!

No I am not on any supplements for it. I wonder if I should ask my DR at my first ultrasound. then again, it's an ultrasound so I may not even see her. Makes me a tad nervous having the PCOS and all. I've heard low progesterone can cause miscarriage.... but how low I have no idea. Like I said, the nurse said it was fine but still makes me a tad nervous being towards the low end of "normal"

Are they having you in for a second blood draw? Usually progesterone levels are taken in pairs so you can see the increase - the rule of thumb is that if they're doubling every two days or so, things are progressing normally. If you google it, the range for "normal" in the early stages is huge. I totally freaked out when I was about 6 wks pregnant and insisted that they draw for my levels, and they were indeed doubling - but they never told me my actual numbers, which was probably smart, as I would've fretted over them, too! Hope all is well and you go on to have a successful pregnancy!
