Hello,

after a vacation from JM I am back TTC #3 after being diagnosed with PCOS. I have the symptoms---cysts (not the ring of pearls), hair growth, etc. No blood work shows it but I have been told I have the "markers" for it. So DH and I decided after my AMH came back with lower ovarian reserve to jump on the TTC train.

Here is the problem! Just came off the pill and had a positive smiley face CBE on Monday pm. DH and I bd Monday night and Tuesday morning. Then negative on Tuesday and Weds, and had lots of cramping like I O'd and even my boobs hurt like they do after I ovulate. THEN yesterday I woke up with EWCM, crampy, and felt my cervix and it was super soft and squishy. I took an OPK and ANOTHER smiley face! I also took a FR OPK and the lines were dark. So we bd last night too.

Anyone have this before? I have NEVER in all the months I tried to conceive both DD and DS have this happen.

Please let me know what you think could be happening. Thanks in advance!

Hey I just commented on your other thread, but this may due to PCOS... I could not use OPK's as a reliable indicator of o'ing.

Unfortunately with PCOS sometimes your body tries to O multiple times before it does in a cycle. Hopefully you catch it either way. GL

Yep, it's pretty normal for someone with PCOS. And can even OCCASIONALLY happen to someone without. I have even had + OPKs in cycles where I didn't end up ovulating at all.

I've had stuff like this happen. I found temping to be a great way to confirm O best of luck!!! Hope you did O and caught that egg!!

Thanks ladies! I think I missed it.... I had a + OPK Monday pm and bd, then negative on tuesday and Weds. Thursday + and bd, and Friday and Saturday did not bd, but had a + OPK until last night. I had a HORRIBLE migraine come on yesterday and twinges. So I either O'd yesterday which caused my hormonal migraine or I O'd the day before. Odds are not in my favor. Kinda bummed. That is what I get for having a messed up cycle!!!!
