Let's start a game here....
I'll start it with two options, the next person chooses which is worse in their opinion then posts two options for the next person and so on.....
What's worse? Wearing somewhat casual brown shoes with a somewhat dressy brown outfit or wearing black shoes with a brown outfit?

Being hot. You can always put more clothes on, but you can't take enough off when you're hot!
What's worse: being hungry but not having what you want to eat, or having what you want to eat and not being hungry?

Hair color... it can usually be fixed, a cut has to grow out or get chopped more :/
no tv for a whole day or no computer for a whole day

Hmmm that's a tough one, as I am a messy person, but I wouldn't say overly messy haha... anyhow I think being OVERLY messy is worse then being overly clean 
Not wearing makeup at all OR being able to wear makeup but always having a break out lol

Gosh that's another toughy!!!
I'd say wearing makeup but always having a break out! That is so aggrivating to find a makeup that you like that you think works for you and then it starts break out city!! Ugh!
What's worse?
Overuse of "text talk" or over use of bad grammer??
(Example: OMG W.T.F. IDK KWIM?? vs. Over their is whur mi fone sits on da tabl...)
Edit note: I had to add in the periods in W T F or it got starred out or censored! LOL

I think over text talk, at least you can kinda understand someone with bad grammar and misspelled words. It sometimes takes a few time reading tho. Where as over texting you would have to actually try and look them up if you didn't know what they were.
What's worse waking up early to go into work and then they tell you didn't actually have to come in earlier, or get woken up early to get asked if you could be there early.

I say get awaken early to ask if you can come in earlier. I'm too much of a "preparer," be it mentally or physically, and in my head I have to be prepared to get up way early and get in that state of mind!
What's worse?
Leaving Christmas lights up on your house all year long or leaving a Christmas tree up all year long??
