I could go with the traditional "I plan to lose weight" but as an alternative, I'm going to say this:

"I plan to exercise more (I'm loving Zumba!!), get in better shape, and be more healthy."

I think mine will be to try and be a stronger person. To stop letting people walk all over me and stand up for myself. Sometimes it's easier said then done. I can tend to be a push over.
