I told you I'd never heard of it before. Maybe somebody would know more about it on TTC w/MA? They don't mind lurkers over there. It's slow, but they may know. Or it may be buried in the meds subforum.

I have heard of sprionolactone or aldactone prescribed with met - thanks to my pharmacy tech days, but I never took it myself.

If memory serves, there is a newer drug called Aldomet which is a combo of both.
