Happy July!

Since we have been falling so short of our goal, I don't know what the goal should be this month, if any..

how about aiming for 150?

What happened to I believe it was Jan or Feb that we hit 400?!?

We weren't far off from 150 last month so that's probably good. I don't know about those months because I wasn't here yet lol.

Hey girls ... I have been only sort of here due to work etc. AF actually took 10 days to finally go away but I decided to start my OPK's right away anyway since I have so many. I haven't gotten back into temping every morning yet because the weather has been so hot and humid that I am not sleeping through the night.

On the weight loss front I meet with the SurgicalWeightLossCenter's Surgeon tomorrow evening and then DH and I will need to figure out how to get the money, whether or not its a personal loan or financing through the Center itself.

Good Luck Sarah Ann! Keep us updated on how that process is going? It has been hot and sticky here in Germany, too.. but I know NY is just as bad as soon as we get there.. at least there we will have air conditioning. Here we have only fans because these buildings are so old! I am actually living in housing that used to belong to old Nazi troops and families. Crazy, huh.. Exactly one week from today the movers are coming to pick up all our furniture then we have to schedule for some loaner furniture to be delivered to us for a few weeks. We will be in NY in just under 5 weeks!! Which means this is the only cycle I get with injectables and monitoring here.. hopefully this does it. I did the first injection today. The needle looked big and scary but it wasnt that bad. I barely felt it and then I couldn't find the spot I did it in because I was going to put a band aid on it to make sure it doesnt get infected.. Now a few hours later, no bruise or anything.. so it sounds a lot scarrier than it really is. I also told hubby he can't get any until a few days before ovulation. lol. I am being closely monitored so I will know when that is. He is a little upset but understands. He is saving his little swimmers until it counts.

Melissa, yay I'm excited for your injectibles! I'm glad it wasn't too bad, I would have a hard time giving myself a shot. But hey, whatever it takes, right??

We had a big nasty wind storm come through our area over the weekend and it knocked out power to lots of places. My in-laws are still without power and it's been 5 days now. Thankfully we never lost power here!

AFM--Still feeling really good! I had a panic moment yesterday and took another pg test just to be sure sure sure...it was still positive...phew! I am so scared of m/c....

Melissa - Glad you were able to get the injectables, and that they aren't that bad. FX'd this is your cycle!

Jess - I'm sure those feelings are fairly normal. Glad you aren't having any problems so far.

Nothing new to report here.

How was everyone's 4th? Mine was pretty relaxing just floating around in an inner tube on a lake...but my legs are killing me today- apparently a little too much exercise paddling around.

I made a lightish red, white, and blue cake that's pretty delicious. The lightish red was was strawberry but the white and blue were just white cake (one half with blue food coloring). Other than that DH and I just hung out and played Minecraft together. Didn't do any fireworks as my mom's dog is super scared of them, and we're watching her since my mom is on vacation. It rained here during the day so no grilling or anything either. I'm not supposed to be in the sun because of one of my medications anyway.

HEY LADIES!!! I'm back!!! I may have forgot to mention I was going out of town for the week. I expected to have better service where we were but for some reason nothing on my phone would work except texting and once in a while my facebeook app. I couldn't even make phone calls!!! WEIRD!

Anyhow, I missed you ladies! I hope everyone is doing well! It was super duper hot where we were and I heard that "back home" it was really really rainy. I guess I can't complain because the heat made for good beach weather I will post some pictures in the Sunday Snaps coming up

Melissa.... I just wanted to throw it out there incase you didn't know... you don't want to let the sperm build up TOO MUCH.... not ejaculating can have a negative effect just as well as ejaculating too often. When I was still in the TTC process I read an article that said the semen build up and basically run/bump into each other because they get crowded and this can effect the quality. So while quantity is important so is quality. Just a heads up

Jess... how are you feeling? Any symptoms??

Aubrey.. that is why we are planning on every other day BDing and then when the doctor tells me to do every day we will.. just to not miss our opportunity. Its all so complicated. I wish I could be one of those women who got married and had an oops baby instead of one who has been trying for a year and a half with no success.

My only plan for this weekend is packing the stuff we are bringing with us into suitcases and sorting out the stuff we want to have movers pack up and fly over (like kitchen stuff, clothes, and bedding) and then everything else gets packed up and stuck on a boat to get there. If it was a stateside move we would have our stuff in a week.. but since it is international, they said plan 30-50 days for the stuff we are sticking on a boat. I hope it gets here sooner or we are going to be cooped up in a hotel for a month or two.

Monday I go in for an ultrasound to see how the injections are going.. then Next Wednesday-Friday I should be ovulating in that time frame and starting progesterone. I probably won't be on here much next week as we have so much going on.. but Ill try to stop by and give an update after my appointment.

I just wanted to make sure since in one of your posts you mentioned hubby not getting any for a few days until right before.... just in case ya know I hope things go good for you on Monday!

And HOLY COW! 30-50 days! That seems outrageous! Hopefully they give a much larger time span then they truly expect! I couldn't imagine! I understand it's military and all but you'd think they'd have some type of sympathy to try to get it to y'all much quicker.

AF should show any day now for me... started cramping up and already dealing with a migraine. Glad I decided to get the migraine medication figured out before even starting the provera or I might be even more miserable. The good news is the new medication they gave me seems to be working okay. It's not as good as the stuff I was taking before, but it got it down to more of an annoying ache than full on, lay in the fetal position with no light or sound pain.

Ugh today has not been great. Like I said in my last post (sorry about the double post, btw) I've been dealing with a migraine. AF showed up which is good but also sucks. I'm all moody and crampy and blah. The stuff I ordered from Frederick's finally came in, but some of it is too big! Think that's the first time in my adult life that's happened. I got it on sale so I'll probably only get store credit it for it. I know that's the risk of ordering online but my chest is so large I don't have much of a choice. I did get a super comfy 3 piece pj set I've been eyeing for like a year now, so I guess that's good. I'm really surprised the top isn't super low cut seeing where it came from, and the tap shorts it came with actually cover up more than some I got from walmart lol. My flow gets so heavy I don't want to risk wearing either of the bottoms, but I've got the top on now and I'm going to take a nap.

I know most of this isn't really PCOS or TTC related but I don't feel like ranting about my lingerie issues on Facebook.

Glad you get to start fresh! Hopefully this is a good cycle for you. And yay for goodies in the mail! I love shopping online because its like a huge "surprise" when the stuff comes Hopefully you can get the items exchanged that need to be and not instore credit.

You can talk about anything on here... I am sorry you got AF. Fingers crossed for this new cycle. As for me, this cycle is probably no good. DH's sperm analysis came back all in normal range. I took the first 4 days out of 7 in injections and then went to change the cartridge and it rolled off the counter and shattered... so 300 euros worth of medicine gone in a second. Cleaning that up was not fun. It was tiny but it was on a weekend and here in Germany, everything is shut down for the weekend so I was stuck. I went in today for an ultrasound and the doctor said I had one follicle and I go back Thursday for another ultrasound. I did get some good news, though.. If this cycle is unsuccessful, he will give me another prescription for the injections.. I am not sure how I feel about that, though since it won't be monitored when I do get a full dose. I am trying to stay positive but if two follicles were unsuccessful last cycle, one cycle would logically be half the chance.. but I am overthinking things now.

Movers come tomorrow. I have come to the conclusion that I have way too much stuff. I emptied the spare room completely and loaded it up with our travel stuff, stuff we are selling/giving away, and stuff being picked up Wednesday for the shipment being flown to us. I am currently doing all the laundry and washing the bed sheets to ship clean. I took down all the curtains and unplugged everything that wasn't necessary because movers won't unplug anything. It is going to be a very long night finishing up the rest of it all. I just wanted to check in with everyone and see what is going on. I can't wait til all this stress is over... but it is only going to be replaced with more stress of finding a job asap. I hate that it is almost impossible to find a good job with my resume. I have no job more than one year thanks to the military and nothing that great except cell phone repair technician. I sometimes think going to college was a waste of time since my degree is useless. I have a BA in History with a Psych minor.. I only did that degree because once I hit my third college (military moving) in the third state, I got what I could just to finish up. I'm the first in my family to ever graduate college, but I don't know if it was worth it to still have just over $10,000 in student debt (already paid 15) and no job experience.

anyway, I am rambling. I hope everyone is good. It's been quite dead here lately.
