So... Ultrasound is great! No D&C needed! lining is thin etc... AND my cysts on my ovaries are gone besides one on one side and just minor ones on the other! Last I checked I had 12-15 on EACH side!

Doc said to start provera Sept 20-30(to give me a month since missed m/c) and Femara 2.5 mg CD 3-7 and Prometrium 2 days after positive OPK Which I think progesterone was/is my issue.

I am SUPER excited but still taking it one step at a time.

Yay that's great! I hope you respond to the Femara really well and produce some awesome eggies. It's good that your doctor is going to start you on progesterone right away if they think that was the issue. After looking into it that seems fairly common for women with PCOS. I think I'm going to ask my own doctor about it if I ever get a +OPK.

Thanks! I am super excited... I actually might be starting my period. EEEK! I hope it is. I am having PMS signs. We shall see! Called doc and he said I can start Femara if this is my period and not wait till Sept

I'm so happy you didn't need a D&C! Hope things go smoothly for you this cycle... one good thing, you know your body CAN get pregnant!!! And now you possibly know what you need to so (progesterone) to help your body out more!

That is true My period started today!! I am not sure if it was on it's own or when i took those 2 provera pills last week, but hey, it's my period and I will start femara on Sunday

Thanks! My period actually started the next day LOL so I am CD 8 right now. Took Femara(doc said it was ok) and just waiting for a positive OPK(hopefully) I have read that 2.5 mg of Femara isn't that effective, so we will see I guess. I will be going in the 13th of Sept to see if I ovulated for sure by my progesterone levels(not ultrasound). But I have hopes, if not this cycle then eventually! Just concentrating on getting back to school and my bday next week
