Wow that sounds really good, and very easy! I don't care for beans but we might try this and just leave them out.
I found this chicken seasoning in one of my low carb cookbooks and it's really good! You just put all the spices in an old spice container or salt shaker and then sprinkle on as much as you want before baking chicken.
On myfitnesspal it says it's only 150 cals a serving, but on this site it says 244cals a serving... either way, not bad for a dinner.
Did you make it like in the recipe or did you add/change anything? A lot of the reviews suggested to add different things and I was wondering if that was necessary or not. I'm thinking of making this tomorrow.
