I just came from the doctor and am excited to (hopefully) be starting my cycle in the next couple of days. Last month, I did Metformin, Dexomethazone, Femera 5mg days 3-7 and had 4 follicles, none bigger than 10mm.

Like always, my doctor is taking an aggressive approach (DH and I want this) and we are moving on to a new protocol. I'm doing Metformin, Dexomethazone, Femera 5mg days 3-7, AND Gonal-F 150 days 6 and 7, and Menopur days 8,9,1011,12. Then, if they aren't big enough, I'll do Cetrotide to hold off ovulation or do the HCG trigger if they are big enough.

We plan to do back to back IUIs.

Any thoughts? Anyone had success doing something like this? I'm not 100% sure of why we are doing Gonal-F and Menopur, but the nurse said this is what the dr ordered so I guess there is a reason for it.

The only experience I have personally is with Clomid but I really hope this works for you! I say be as aggressive as you can afford.
