I tested at 4dpo yesterday

Of course there was only the control line, but I just couldn't help myself! Having been a former POAS-aholic, my habits returned quickly!

When's the earliest you've ever POAS (not necessarily with a positive result)??

Earliest for me was 6DPO, which was last cycle. I only tested then because I had a dream about getting a BFP that day.

OMGoodness! That is SO weird because I dreamt last night that I had several BFP and today is 6DPO so of course I POAS...it was negative...but that's sooo weird!

That's awesome! Must have implanted early for you to get such an early positive!!

As for me, unfortunately no signs of anything...no cramping in the uterine region, no extra fatigue, nothing really except maybe that my CM hasn't dried up yet...I know it's still super early yet, but already getting discouraged about this cycle and I'm only 6DPO

It is so easy to get discouraged while TTC! Especially when you are dealing with something like PCOS. It's seriously stressing me out right now and I wish I could just "stop trying" like people always say but I can't because if I do that I definitely won't O. I've just been trying the "fake it till you make it" technique of smiling even if I don't feel like it. Smiling is supposed to make you happier and I've had some limited results with it so far so it's worth a try.

I agree, it's so hard to just "stop trying" like most people because of PCOS. I think this is especially worse this time around because we only have 2 cycles to get that BFP before we stop TTC until next Fall (due to school schedules, etc.)...so I think there is just that added pressure on top of the regular PCOS concerns.

I know some people go by the fact of "pregnant until proven otherwise" which is an interesting idea and probably the positive vibes don't hurt.

As with many other ladies on JM, literally ALL of my closest girlfriends are pregnant or just gave birth to their 2nd and yes I know I choose to go back to school and all of that (in the long run this is what was right for my family). Luckily there is no bitterness (like some people I know IRL) over the pregnancies, babies...only happiness and a twinge of envy of course Think it would be easier if my gfs weren't all pregnant, but I'll survive...and who knows...maybe I'll be able to join their ranks next week
