i was just diagnosed with PCOS, and for the past week i have been having mostly brown spotting and some red in between, it's been almost a week and a half now.

this is not normal for me so i went to the hospital four times this week...(i have severe anxiety and hypochondria lol) they tested my urine, all negative pregnancy tests and they said there was a very small amount of blood in my urine, but no cultures...

they pressed my back and my tummy, it was uncomfortable but it didn't hurt, but i'm constipated slightly, i'm having lower back cramping on one side, gas pains and most of all i am freaking myself out to the point that i can't sleep...

what is going on with me?! am i over reacting? is it just old blood that my body never flushed out? i'm not taking any meds or anything and the doctor has looked at my urine tests and said it's just old blood.

someone help calm my nerves!

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about. There are a bunch of reasons this could be happening and most of them aren't life threatening or anything like that. I would trust your doctor, and keep him informed about what's going on. I hope it stops for you soon.
