Have you been focusing more of your efforts on diet or exercise? Or are you working on them both equally? Do you have any yummy healthy recipes to share? Or an exercise you're particularly fond of?

I can I join this tasha?? My dr hasn't actually said I have PCOS, but I'd like to join this group anyway.. and I'd like to join in on the weight challange but I don't know actually weigh myself because of becoming obsessed with it. So I would probably need someone to be mean to me and tell me only to weigh once or twice or whatever.

Of course you can! Looks like you might be the only one though... last month several people said they were interested in a PCOS weight loss support group but haven't really been responding other than that.

I haven't weighed myself because I haven't been trying to lose. I really need to get on it but it's so hard when I'm always hungry (breastfeeding). I wish I could be more motivated to eat better but it's so difficult when fast food is so easy and quick.

Have you thought about taking your measurements instead of weight? It might be easier to see the difference that way. You can get a self measuring tape thing pretty cheap on Amazon. The one I have is spooled up in a thing like those retractable leashes, so you pull it out and then hook the end on the other side of the thing. Then you click a button and it retracts as much as it can, so whenever you take it off the measurement is right.

Yeah I know how that is. We've been eating out way more than we should. If you were "eating for two" when you were pregnant, that's even more true now! Maybe things will be a bit better when she starts eating solids.

Is this still up and going? I know this is the December group but I'll come on and say that I lost 7 pounds finally! So, is anybody else doing it? I'm sorry I don't check in here enough. I really miss JM but it seems I just forget about it anymore
