Sorry I'm just now seeing this! for some reason when I got on a couple days ago I didn't see it. I've never taken soy, but I think you are supposed to take it like clomid. So for 5 days straight, with the first pill between CD1-5. So you could do 1-5, 2-6, 3-7, 4-8, or 5-9. Doing it earlier means more follicles develop but they might not develop as much. Taking it later means only one follicle might develop but it should be a pretty good one. If I remember correctly you double the dose of what Clomid you'd be on. If you've never been on Clomid then starting at 100mg soy would be like starting at 50mg Clomid and work up from there if you feel you need to. It's probably too late this cycle if you haven't already started it, sorry.
Thanks Bokkechick for my wonderful siggy! TTC Blog
You take it like clomid, cycle days 3-7 or 5-9. The rough translation between clomid and soy is 80mg soy for every 50mg clomid. So if you wanted the equivalent of 100mg clomid, you'd take 160mg soy. Start low and work up each cycle, don't just start off with the highest dose. You don't want to hyper stim.
Keep in mind that you should only do 3 cycles in a row at any time. Do 3 cycles, take a break for one cycle, then 3 more if you need to.
