My AF in the past has been very sporadic. But within the past 6 months I've been very regular. Just not sure that I'm ovulating. However AF just left 3days ago and all of a sudden returned yesterday. I did have a sharp pain that lasted less than a minute in my lower abdomen approximately 3-4prior. I didn't think much of it then. Now I don't know what to think. Any thoughts??

It's possible you had a cyst rupture and that was the pain. I'm not sure why the bleeding would come back though.
