Ok. So 2nd cycle taking Soy. Last cycle I did 120,120,160,160,200 mg 3-7. I have a 29-31 day cycle usually, that cycle period started on CD 26(luteal phase was only 11 days, normal is 15/16).

This cycle... 200 mg 3-7. Thought I missed my surge on CD 14, because I had super dark OPK, not pos yet and then next day super negative and remained that way until CD 19. Started getting dark again. I am CD 23 today and got a positive OPK. I have NEVER gotten a pos this late. I have ovulated this late on Clomid, but I always got my positive opk 2/3 days before.

i took a preg test and was neg.... So am I just now ovulating? Or is this the lil LH surge before af(I know you can get a surge right before, but I never caught it I guess)

I just got a fertile focus and there was a transitional phase yesterday. I didn't check today. I have lots of discharge, I don't think it is EWCM though(I know you can get discharge before AF too)

So I am VERY confused as I have never had this happen. Maybe Soy is messing up my cycle?

I'm pretty sure I've read that soy can mess up your cycle if you already ovulate regularly. Sorry it seems this is happening to you. I've never had a positive OPK right before AF so I'd assume you are just about to ovulate and get to BD'ing if you haven't been already.
