Well, found out I cant take Metformin cause it messed up my tummy. I took Soy Iso last 3 cycles and skipping this cycle... Wanting to start Vitex, Dong Qui, and Saw Palmetto.. anyone had any luck with these? Also, should these be safe to take together?

Great question, I was going to post the same question. I seem to have high estrogen (454), somewhat elevated testosterone (51). These were taken around my mid cycle peak though, not sure if that elevated it. I was considering Vitex and/or DIM.

DIM? I took the feritilaid and I liked it. (it contained the vitex) Hope to find answer to this soon.

I've never tried any of those. I do know that inositol and cinnamon are supposed to be Metformin substitutes.

where could I get those? any idea? Also, do you know how to take them?

I got mine from amazon. The inositol I think if like Metformin if I remember correctly in that you can take a wide range of doses. I'd probably start out with 500mg, and then work up from there if you don't see a difference. The highest I've seen someone take is 2000mg.

You can eat just regular cinnamon in tea or apple sauce or oatmeal or whatever you like, but they also have pills. I think the kind I got is called tri-chromium. I was just taking one of those a day which is 500mg.

Have they been helping? I am on the cinnamon tabs before bed with my glucotrol.
