For those who have taken clomid, Just wondering what side effects anyone may have had while on clomid.

You don't want to know lol. I had really bad nausea, especially when laying down which made it hard to sleep, hot flashes, mood swings, headaches, cramps throughout my cycle, and my CM dried up.

lol...Thanks. I am having cramps and headaches as well. But the mood swings are unbearable! I hate it. The tiniest thing can set me off. Thanks for sharing!

If you don't get your BFP this cycle you could ask about switching from clomid to femara. Some doctors are reluctant to do that though as it hasn't been FDA approved for stimulating ovulation, it's technically a cancer drug. I switched last month and the side effects have basically disappeared. I do have a small headache but it's more irritating than painful. Femara is way more expensive than Clomid (10 pills of the generic - equivalent to 100mg Clomid - cost about $200) BUT you can get a coupon from goodrx.com that makes them totally affordable. Those 10 pills only cost me $7.40 with the coupon.
