I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16 years old. My doctor told me that my body did not produce enough Estrogen, and that was a major part of the problem. He put me on the OrthoEvra patch, and told me that I had a 5% chance of getting pregnant without fertility drugs, and about a 60% chance with drugs.

When I was 23, I found out that I was pregnant. This was a complete shock, as I was still on Birth Control when I conceived. I was using it correctly, and had not missed any days.

9 months later, I delivered a large, healthy baby girl. My doctor said this should fix the problem, and to stay on birth control until I want a second baby. When I was 27, I delivered a huge healthy baby boy.

Neither of these babies were conceived with fertility drugs. While my case is not common, it is not impossible. My children (especially my daughter) are living proof that I was meant to have babies.

Don't give up hope!!

That's wonderful and thank you so much for sharing. The more positive things I hear the more hopeful I get.
