Hello ladies,
I am a mama with sadly PCOS
One of the ways I have been able to control my symptoms of PCOS without jumping off a bridge..LOL
Was to take Metformin and thyroid meds and progesterone creme. The only one that helped me conceive was called Oasis Serene. Its a bio identical cream. Well I just found they stopped making it because of the FDA causing problems and most other progesterone companies are going threw this. Its a 100% naturel. It helps control my symptoms even when not trying for a baby. I feel like I am walking around in a mental fog again as I just gave birth this past Nov 2, after dealing with another 8 years of infertility. So all the icky nasty symptoms are back !! I want to feel better and don't know what the newest and best progesterone creams are. Can anyone tell me?
I am 41 and not in menopause yet.

UPDATE--- I just heard back from the company that used to sell the progesterone and they told me that to try and find natural and not "wild yam extract" formula. And they don't know of one. I think I am going look at some of the ones named in the late Dr. John Lee's book.
