I have PCOS and just began seeing a fertility specialist yesterday. She actually gave me samples of an over the counter supplement named Pregnitude. You have to ask for it behind the pharmacy counter though. It supports ovulatory function. I just finished googling it and reading reviews and I believe it's worth a try. if you have time, look it up and see if it may benefit you. I wanted to share my new knowledge with you girls. Happy hunting and future pregnancies to you all! I will update if it actually worked for me!
yes, thanks for the information, i've just joined up to this forum and i am really happy i have because of people like you that share your knowledge. I have an appointment with a fertility lady in 2 months so i'll definitely add that to the list of questions to ask. thanks again. much appreciated
just thought i'd add that i've just done some research on it too and looks not bad. it contains folic acid and Myo-inositol which is part of the b-complex group. just thought i would add this to the thread because i had no idea what Pregnitude was. worth a try i think. please let us know how you go on it. it's been nearly a month since you started the thread? thanx, emily
Sounds like it is the same sort of thing as Ino-folic (if it has folic acid and Myo-inositol in it too), I have heard so many positive outcomes from Ino-Folic but it's quite pricey! Was going to start it next cycle but will look into Pregnitude as another alternative Thanks for sharing!
