The only way I have been able to get pregnant (I've only been pregnant once and DD is now 2, ttc #2) was by using Provera+ Clomid. The only way I've had a regular period was by using birth control.

I hope you're able to regulate your periods, conceive, and have a healthy, happy baby!

Hie dear friend, sorry for your first child loss. I know few things about Vitex agnus castus. So i thought it might be of some help to you. It is mainly taken to increase the sexual vitality and in cases of repeated gonorrhea. I put up in Ukraine and here once i consulted a very famous doctor regarding this. He told me that Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease. Agnus also help more in males than in females. It also has proved its effectiveness in the treating irregular menses too. This is a proved medicine in homeopathy too. You can take this medicine if you have white discharge between periods too. In total this can be taken safely in recommended doses. You can also consult a homeopathic physician once for the further details of the agnus castus.
Irregular periods should be the prime concern for treating the fertility. But before taking any medicine, it is important to rule out the cause of the irregularity too. There are various reasons for irregular menses like polycystic ovarian diseases, thyroid disorders, severe anemia, low estrogen levels, stress, anxiety, pelvic infections and so on. So as the cause changes, treatment also changes. So first advice is to get your routine blood investigations done along with hormonal tests and ultrasonography. This can better give you the exact cause of the irregularity. Further, the treatment can be given. The most important thing is agnus cannot be given to menstrual irregularities due to thyroid disorders or cystic ovaries. So before getting into any line of the treatment get your cause for irregularity known. Start consulting a qualified health professional first before it gets too late.

I just finished a month of using Vitex and Dong Quai. They refuse to give me the actual diagnosis of PCOS but I have enough symptoms to fall in the category *meh*. I recently came off of birth control (IUD) and have always required BC to regulate my cycles. Today I got my BFP after two cycles. I've never had cycles monthly, so i'd like to give the supplements the credit. I wouldl do it again, and try others again if I had to.
