Below is my weightloss ticker. This is not for the pregnancy weight to come off as it has pretty much all came off. The rest of it is just what I've been wanting to loose for a while now to get back to my healthier weight!
I feel the same way. I am afraid to diet too much due to breastfeeding. I also would love to start doing my aerobics classes again but am afraid that it will effect my supply. I know I lost a lot of weight fairly quickly when I did it before and I don't know how good that would be while breastfeeding.
I am nursing, pumping, and supplementing. I am trying to diet before WW but its not going as well as I hoped. My sweet tooth is TERRIBLE!!!
I am going to start WW next week since I will start working again and be on a better routine.
I went jogging today and my boobs were kinda sore!
I am nursing as well, and I too am nervous about dieting. Once I feel up to it, I plan on just exercising often. I won't be counting calories or anything, just trying to make lots of healthier choices with food. But I have a terrible sweet tooth as well- which is weird because I never had one before- not even during my pregnancy, I was always a salty type of girl! lol.
