Do you feel you get enough of these every day? IF not which could you do better at?

probably plenty of fruit, usually veg too, but I need to work on water and I want to work on incorporating more veggies in my meals.

I am allergic to fresh fruit and veggies so I know I am always lacking in those. I can have them cooked or canned so I try and have that with dinner but I know I don't get enough.

i need to do better in the water department. i dont drink enough of it. my fruits and veggies are good. i get plenty of those.

Veggies I have a heck of a time with right now. I used to have a bit more time and I would keep cut up veggies in the fridge. But since the baby I just haven't had the time or the ability, to (and this will sound bad) get off the couch to do it. I am always nursing!
