I get a free membership to our hospital one and I'm debating if I should use it. I only hesitate because I will only have a few hours a day with him and I don't want him in someone else's care more than he already is when I go back to work so I need to figure out stuff to do at home. I will look into the Y when he's older though.
I have not been to the gym yet. I plan on going starting this weekend. DH and I just need to work out our schedules to figure out when the best time for me to go is. (I am back to working full time)
There is a great daycare in the gym, but have never used it. DD is in school all day, so I don't want to turn around and put her somewhere else. So DH always has her if I was at the gym. I think it's a 2 hour limit.
The closest "gym" to where I live only has a few treadmills and ellipticals and that is pretty much it. There is no child care there either. I am just going to work out at home to some of my workout DVD's while the kids are sleeping. Haven't started yet.
Dh owns a kickboxing gym so I just bring my kids there. Ds1 just runs around and the baby stays in his car seat and sleeps. When he gets older i will put him in an exersaucer or dh can take a break and play with him while I run on the treadmill of lift weights.
