My sweet tooth has been the death of me lately. I probably have put a few pounds because of it too. I am on the mini-pill and nursing/pumping, so my appetite is all over the place. I really hate this because I want to lose weight, My plan is to start WW next week once I start back to work and have a normal routine going. Anyone elses' appetite and cravings getting the best of them lately?
Yeah, I've been pretty hungry this week and have probably eaten a little more than I should, though I started doing harder workouts, so maybe it evens out...Today I baked cookies for the first time since his birth and probably ate 5-6 of them...
Mine are awful! I have a funny feeling that losing the baby weight this time will be like all of the others and it won't come off until I wean the baby. I think they lie when they say that nursing helps you lose the weight, unless they forgot to put "not" in there.
Ditto with appetite! DH and I actually had a fight because he said I ate too much on Weds. I was like, I am HUNGRY. I swear I eat more BF than pg! I am hoping to make it to the gym every day for the next three weeks and work off some of the extra calories I am eating.
Same here! What's the deal with it! I swear it's the hormones that make us want to eat all the sweet stuff. I so need to get in gear. The exercise is easy, it's the eating.
