I lift weights, walk, bike ride and just added running, not sure how long running will last though cause I HATE it! I just mix it up and try to do something everyday. I have always worked out but now it is way harder to find the time!
I try to eat lots more veggies and fruits and for cardio I have been climbing the stair stepper with weights around my wrists and I will be trying lots of other gym classes in the next few weeks but it hasn't worked yet as I just started last week!!!! Doing crunches on the left, right and center working on that pouch too! But my pouch is not little. It is disgusting and huge. I actually had DH take a pic of it to motivate me and I am calling it the "before" picture. Hoping to have an awesome "after picture" in a few months but I am not willing to publish my before pic until it is not me anymore!!!!
