I have been having issues getting out to get any exercise. It's to hot to take the baby out during the day but if I try early or late in the day we get swarmed by the mosquitoes. So it leaves me really limited in what I can do. So it's been really slow going here.
I was about 156 lbs when i had baylee and I'm down to 129. I started doing EA active: more workouts on the WII. And omg if you dont want to or can't really leave your house this will give you a good workout. I've only been doing it about a week and haven't really seen any results yet but I can feel it so i'm sure i'll start seeing it soon. After a 30 min workout, i'm sweating and it has a 6 week challenge on it that i'm starting today.
My diet has been great but the exercise, not so much. I need to find my box of workout videos because driving to the gym is a hassle right now.The jeans I've been wearing are starting to get loose though so that's good!
To Stephanie, I know exactly what you mean about mosquitos...HOLY MOLY MN had alot on our vacay (I hated that!) I am doing wayyyy better exercising than dieting, for sure! I can't believe how much strength my body has.
I am feeling like a bowl full of jello! I know that I am losing and the clothes are fitting loser. I can control what I eat but I already know that come winter I won't lose a pound because I don't leave the house any more than absolutely necessary!
I can't lose weight much. But when I asked my breastfeeding lady about it she said that sometimes when you are breastfeeding, your body wants to hang on to the weight so I'll just keep going to the gym and not worry too much about it for now. Even though I am more fat than tired, I feel more tired than I am fat. But I am really both.
I am doing pretty good. I wish I had more evening time to get in a run, but I am so worn out and there is no time. I get in my 30 minutes walk at lunch everyday at work, then do weights about 3 times a week, and get a jog in at least once a week. WW is going good too! I weigh myself tomorrow, so hopefully I lost!
