I am going to use my weight today as my "starting point" because I started my workouts/diet on Weds. So today is going to be my = . I have lost 12 pound since birth and have 12 to lose to be at pp weight, but I will keep on working beyond that~
I am starting today because apparently my scale was pushed against the wall last week or something because the numbers are extremely different! As of today I have lost 18lbs. 30lbs more to get to pre-preggo weight and 50lbs more to get to where I want to be.
I'll use today as my starting point as well. I have 18 pounds to lose to get to pre-pregnacy weight and would like to lose another 10 pounds after that. So ideally I hope to lose 28 pounds and my goal is by Christmas.
As of last week July 12th are you + or -? I am down from last week.
How much? 1 pound
What is your total weight loss so far since baby was born? 22 pounds...I would like to lose 35 pounds total to get to my goal of pre-pregnancy weight.
