If I am just doing weights or core workouts, I do a sports bra and either shorts or yoga pants. If I go for a jog, I wear a sports bra, sports bra tank top, and my capri exercise pants. Shorts run up when I jog.
usually yoga capri pants and tank top with support bra in it, I have zero boobs, I really don't need an extra sports bra cause I have nothing anyway LOL....if I run I usually wear shorts but they have to be mid thigh or longer because they do ride up when I run and I don't need my arse hanging out, my neighbors don't need to see that sight LOL
