I did my first class tonight and it was awesome! A couples times during it I thought I was going to need to stop, but I made it through!

It's like the thing to do right now around where i live.

That is my workout of choice, I have been doing it for about three years (started after dd was born) and I do it with 1.5 pound wrist weights on each arm to up the burn and tone my arms. Glad you tried it and liked it!!!
