so i was doing pretty well losing my preg weight in the beginning while i was bf'ing. then we ran into some problems and Liam wouldnt do it anymore so i decided to pump. worst. idea. ever. well, for my weight anyhow. i still ate like a hore but wasnt losing the weight the same as with bf'ing. in fact, i put even more on.
so, abount 2.5 weeks ago, i started back with my trainer, i see him 2 or 3 times a week depending on my work schedule and the days i dont see him i go jogging around my neighborhood to keep up with cardio.
on day 1 i weighed in at 176

and this morning i was down to 172. we will re-do my measurements again soon also. 4 pounds down, 35 to go to be at pre preg weight. i owuld like to take off 10 more past that , but we shall see......
