I'm down another 2 lbs, so I've lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks. I have been on Atkins for 2 weeks. I am off of the induction phase and starting the "ongoing weight loss" phase. I will be adding more veggies in this week. I feel wonderful!
I haven't participated in the weigh ins yet because I have remained about the same weight for over a month now.
Last week I was 134 lbs. This week I am 130lbs. My weight fluctuates though, I have been bouncing back in forth between 134 and 130 for the last 4-5 weeks. I am not eating anywhere near 2000 calories a day and I am on the move constantly, so I don't know what is going on.
I am about even money, my scale is not really budging, BUT I can button a few of my prepg pants now, so that is awesome! I am eating soooo healthy at work now that I keep a minifridge by my desk stocked with lots of water, diet soda, a salad every day, fresh fruit, low cal yogurt and I am still exercising regularly so I am feeling confident I will weigh less by Christmas!
Ok, so I'm like really late in posting, but I am down 3.8 lbs!! (Not just in one week, but from where I started). I am so excited to see the scale actually moving in the opposite direction. I have been eating mostly home cooked meals now and walk at least 10 miles a week. Only 11.2 to go!
