I am proud to say that DH and I have been doing 1-2 miles every single day.
I didnt think I'd be able to do it but we have. I've managed to shave an entire minute and 45 seconds off of my mile, in only a week and a half, which is HUGE progress for me!
but I make it my goal to spend 15 minutes on the treadmill AT LEAST regardless of whether Im running or walking. Lately its been a mix. Jogging, running and walking. I am really enjoying it and I feel that my sides are getting tighter. Im comletely exhausted but I feel good (Does that make sense)....
and we've cut out ALL fast food.. If we eat out, we eat a whole wheat 6 inch SUB, and its healthy..Not the pizza sub that im use to getting. ive been getting a little bit of turkey or ham with some cheese lettuce and ranch dressing and maybe pickles. Of course, today I ended up getting bacon on it, but had lettuce, tomato and onions as well.. but its delicious. Ive cut out ALL caffeine except maybe ONE coca cola a day (If that) and am drinking a ton of water. Of course, DH is loosing weight faster than I am, I can only manage to loose maybe a lb here or there but Im toning up!
Below is my weightloss ticker. This is not for the pregnancy weight to come off as it has pretty much all came off. The rest of it is just what I've been wanting to loose for a while now to get back to my healthier weight!
Ok, I tried to run today for my first time after baby, I was good at it in short spurts, so I did I few intervals of it. It must have done the trick because I came home much sweatier than after a walk and the temp here is a good ten degrees cooler than it has been today so it is not due to heat Felt great!!
