is really not showing up much on the scale, it is pretty close every week. BUT I am noticing every week I can fit into another piece of clothing or two from before Levi's pregnancy, but I can't yet fit into clothing I bought before DD's pg. The workout I do is not really the issue, since I love to exercise that hasn't really changed. What I have been focusing on more is simple diet changes and I know that these subtle changes will help the number on the scale as time goes on. I am packing very healthy lunches for work (basically, an awesome salad every day) instead of the fatty school lunches I ate every single day almost last year and I am keeping a mini fridge in my class stocked with calorie free drinks (instead of drinking sweet tea from the school cafeteria like i drank EVERY SINGLE day last year) The sweet tea alone I figured added almost 40,000 calories to my diet in a school year (over 10 pounds a year in sweet tea at work!!!) and the lunches saves me a huge # of calories too. So I think my weight loss will be more like the tortise than the hare, slow and steady wins the race!
